Our school is in need of a Part - time Kindergarten Teacher (Male or Female) for the 2019 -2020 School Year. The successful candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, excellent communication skills and the ability to teach creatively. He or she will assume a small class of students.
At this school we put strong emphasis on physical activity, interactive learning and the use of props and other educational tools.
The following are some of the responsibilities and duties:
· Create lesson plans for class based on your experience and the students’ specific needs
· Introduce interactive activities into the classroom and encourage students to vocalize their concerns and questions
· Communicate with other team members as well as with parents about students’ progress and behavior
· Organize students into small groups for social education
· Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom
· Oversee lunch and recess
· Listen carefully to parents’ request and concerns and address them as quickly as possible
